Our Investiture Ceremony 2025 marked one such milestone for our young leaders and what made it absolutely exceptional was the presence of Ambassador Dr. Deepak Vohra, India’s Special Advisor in Africa and a globally respected diplomat.

As one of the top schools in Gurgaon, we were privileged to welcome Dr. Deepak Vohra to our campus, adding another feather to our cap.

His life, marked by service to the nation and humanitarian missions across the globe, served as a powerful reminder to our Vivekians that true leadership begins with purpose and humility.

As he addressed the newly elected student council, his words struck a chord. With warmth and insight, he spoke of our country India, his experiences with global leaders and the importance of staying rooted in Indian values. His message was clear, dream big, stay kind and serve selflessly.

Passing the Torch to Future Leaders

The ceremony saw our prefects, house captains and core council members receiving their sashes and badges with pride. In that moment, under the gaze of a man who has represented India at global platforms, our Vivekians stood tall not just as students but as torchbearers of responsibility.

Dr. Vohra’s interaction with the council was more than ceremonial. He listened, inspired, and encouraged them to rise beyond fear and hesitation."Aankh jhuka ke baat nahi karte, hum aankh se aankh milakar baat karte hain," he said, which translates to, "We don’t speak with our eyes lowered, we speak with confidence, looking eye to eye."

This powerful statement conveys the importance of being brave, standing tall and becoming strong individuals and responsible citizens of our nation.

It was also a reflection of our school’s commitment to creating responsible global citizens.
